Thank you for checking out our shop! Here are some things you need to know:

RETURNS/EXCHANGES/ETC:

We are unable to accept any returns or exchanges at this moment. All items are made to order specifically for you and your pet. Your collar will be measured before shipping out to ensure that it will fit your pup!

 

TURN AROUND TIME: 

Since these items are handmade, it will take roughly 5-10 business days to complete your order. It may be shorter depending on our work load with every given week. This time frame does NOT include the amount of time allocated to shipping. 

 

LOCAL PICK UP: 

If you are local to Leitchfield, KY. area and prefer to pickup your collar, send me an email or message our Facebook page. My schedule is fairly flexible and I can usually meet you within a few days of completing your collar!
